At Berge’s Riverview Toyota, we prioritize the health and safety of our customers and their families at all times. To ensure that you and your family stay safe while you shop for a new Toyota or when you bring your current vehicle in for service, we’ve taken extra safety precautions and enacted preventative measures in all our departments. Currently, our dealership is open to our Mesa-area customers. However, we’re staying up to date on all COVID-19 developments and will continue to keep you updated on our website during this time.


Our Preventative Measures

Berge’s Riverview Toyota have taken the necessary precautions to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our customers. You can read about the measures we are taking below:

  • We have procedures in place that encourage staff to stay home if they are feeling unwell or if they have been in contact with someone who is feeling unwell.
  • Our service technicians will fully wipe down your vehicle after it’s been serviced. 
  • Cleaning has been increased on all high touch-point surfaces including doorknobs, handles, and countertops.
  • Hand sanitizer bottles or stations can be found throughout our dealership.
  • Guidelines for proper hand-washing techniques have been posted in every bathroom.
  • Cleaning crews work to disinfect our dealership multiple times a day.
  • Staff is informed of any COVID-19 updates to ensure everyone is staying safe and doing their part to minimize the impact.
  • We are using social distancing guidelines and avoiding unnecessary contact like handshakes.

We will continue to use these measures as directed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) until the CDC delivers new guidelines or lifts its current ones.
