So you want to sell automobiles that are well-known for their quality, reliability and beauty?

• Proven Sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry .
• Superior communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent follow-through skills.
• Solid working knowledge of the Internet.
• Understanding of manufacturer's specifications.
• Familiarity with automotive financing.
• Maintaining a positive, can-do type of attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Routine inspections.
• System diagnostics.
• Full automotive troubleshooting and testing.
• Building upon your knowledge of industry-standard tools and equipment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an automotive Technician (ASE certification preferred).
• Solid mechanical skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

The goal of this position is to assist our customers with all of their Service needs.
That means building loyalty and trust and creating an overall positive experience for our customers.

• Scheduling appointments.
• Generating estimates.
• Conducting post-repair follow-up.
• Resolving customer complaints.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the flow of traffic for all dealership department lots: New & Used car Sales, Service area.
• Driving customer cars to designated parking spots in our Service area lot.
• General cleaning of vehicles after Service.
• Delivery of vehicles to Service area upon customer pickup.
• Maintaining lot order.

• Ability to work outdoors and stand on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate both standard and automatic vehicles.
• HS diploma or GED.
